We promise the action your ad aims for (requests, enquiries or bookings), never sales. If Meta records no result in the first 72 hours, we refund the platform fee. Ad spend is not part of the guarantee.
The 72 hours start the moment your ads go live on Meta — not when you pay or approve. Published it yourself? The 72 hours start when we confirm your campaign is ACTIVE on Meta.
The 72-hour guarantee applies to campaigns with a Meta contact form or WhatsApp. For a website or booking page, you need the Meta Pixel installed and sending lead events.
What Meta records for your ads in the 72 hours, depending on the campaign's objective: a request sent through the Meta form, an enquiry started on WhatsApp or by direct message, or a request or booking your Meta Pixel records on your website. We use Meta's own count, not numbers typed in iBuyit.
The platform fee. It goes back to the card you paid with.
Ad money already spent on Meta can't be refunded. Any ad budget not yet spent is returned to you.
If Meta verifies no result in the 72 hours, claim within 7 days from your campaign page. The iBuyit team checks Meta's data and issues the refund manually.
